Attention.
Use coolant at a concentration suitable for the environment in which the vehicle is operated, otherwise engine damage may occur.
The engine has a large number of aluminum parts that must be protected from corrosion using an ethylene glycol based coolant. This coolant also provides engine freeze protection. Do not use coolants containing ethyl or methyl alcohol, borates or silicates. Such coolants can damage the cooling system. Use only soft (demineralized) water for the preparation of the cooling mixture. Water containing mineral salts significantly reduces the cooling efficiency of the engine. Coolant can damage the paintwork of your vehicle. If coolant comes into contact with painted surfaces, wash it off immediately with plenty of water.
Note:
- If there is a symbol on or near the cooling system cap "FL22", FL22 coolant must be used.
- Coolant FL22 is supplied as a ready solution. Additional dilution of such a liquid before filling the cooling system is not required.
2. Determine the proportions of the coolant according to the following chart. If the proportions of the coolant are not correct, top up with distilled water or antifreeze.
