Checking fuel injectors

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Remove the decorative engine cover.

3. Disconnect the fuel injector connector.

4. Measure the resistance between terminals A and B of the fuel injector.

Note. Nominal fuel injector resistance: 0.9-1.1MΩ (at 20°C).

5. If the measured resistance value is not correct, replace the fuel injector with a new one.

Note. If the fuel injector is being replaced with a needle, the fuel injector initialization procedure must be performed using the M-MDS tool.
