Checking the oil nozzles of the cylinder block

Apply compressed air to the oil nozzle valve and check that air is expelled through valve B.



If no air comes out, replace the oil valve with a new one.

If air passes under pressure less than 180 kPa (1.84 kg/cm²), replace the oil valve with a new one.

Note: Oil nozzle valve opening pressure: 180-220 kPa (1.84-2.24 kg/cm²).
