Checking the continuity of the M position sensor circuit
Note. The M position sensor is integrated in the selector lever assembly.
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the front console.
3. Disconnect the selector lever connector.
4. Check continuity between terminals E and J of the selector lever connector. If the test results are not correct, replace the selector lever with a new one.

Removal and installation of the position sensor
Note. The M position sensor is integrated in the selector lever assembly.
If it is necessary to replace the M position sensor, replace the selector lever assembly.
