2. Remove the oil filter (Section 1, Chapter 16).
3. Drain the liquid from the cooling system (Section 1, Chapter 26).
4. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the oil cooler.
5. Remove the center nut from the oil cooler. The oil cooler can now be removed from the block.
6. When installing, use a new oil seal and place the oil cooler with the UP mark up. Tighten the central nut with a torque specified specifications.
7. Install a new oil filter and reconnect the coolant hoses.
8. Fill the cooling system. Start the engine and check for signs of oil and coolant leaks. liquids.
9. Stop the engine. Check oil and coolant levels and top up if necessary.
