Removing
1. Remove the timing belt cover (Chapter 3) and timing belt (Chapter 5).
2. Guided by the relevant Chapters, remove the pulley and crankshaft sprocket.
3. Pry out the oil seal with a screwdriver (photo).
Pry out the old oil seal with a screwdriver, being careful not to damage the aluminum surface of the casing
Installation
4. Lubricate the inner edge of the oil seal with engine oil, place it with the open side inward.
5. Evenly and completely drive the gland into the hole using a hammer and socket of the appropriate size (photo).

6. Install the sprocket and crankshaft pulley.
7. Replace toothed drive belt and cover.
