The main elements and location of the antenna with an amplifier on the car are shown in fig. 13.38.
Remove the lower facing of the panel of devices, a ware box, an air duct of a heater and the fan of a heater.
Remove the side trim and disconnect the antenna wire, but not the power wire.
Remove the antenna motor bracket along with the motor and antenna mast.

To remove the antenna, first insert a screwdriver into the hole in the antenna mast and pull out the antenna about 1.5 cm as shown in Fig. 13.39.

Apply voltage from the battery to the contacts «IN» And «BG» connector and pull the antenna out of the engine (pic. 13.40).
Remove the two screws securing the antenna to the vehicle body pillar and remove the antenna mast from the vehicle.

Install the antenna on the car body and insert the toothed strip of the antenna into the engine hole. To retract the antenna into the engine, apply voltage from the battery to the contacts «IN» And «BG» connector (pic. 13.41). Insert the antenna mast into the motor hole until it is secured with a latch.
Install the motor and bracket.
If the antenna does not come out completely, rotate the antenna motor several times to automatically adjust the tension of the antenna tooth strip.
