Unscrew the spark plug from the first cylinder and close the hole for the candle with your finger, then turn the crankshaft with the key for the pulley mounting bolt. If you feel back pressure, turn the shaft slowly until the mark on the pulley aligns with the mark «T» on the scale of the ignition timing indicator.
Lubricate the O-ring with clean engine oil.
Insert the ignition distributor into the rear cover of the engine so that the rotor is in the position corresponding to the ignition timing in the first cylinder; align the marks made before removing the distributor, and tighten the locking bolt.
Connect the vacuum hose and wire from the ignition coil.
Establish a cover of the distributor of ignition and connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
