Removing
Remove the timing belt covers.
Remove the toothed belt.
Secure the driven pulley from turning by screwing a long mandrel bolt into the hole for one of the rear cover mounting bolts. Loosen the pulley mounting bolt and remove the washer and pulley.
Installation
Install the pulley on the camshaft and align the marks on the pulley and cap. The pulley is installed on the shaft by a pin pressed into the front of the camshaft, which must fit into the corresponding hole in the pulley.
Having fixed the pulley from turning, screw in the bolt with the washer. Tighten the bolt to the required torque.
Install the toothed belt, cover and other removed parts.
