Removal and installation of the fuel pump

1. Release pressure from the supply system.



2. Remove the rear seat and unscrew the fixing screws (indicated by arrows) and remove the cover.


3. Disconnect the pump connector (left), unscrew the nut and disconnect the wire from the top of the pump (on right).



4. Disconnect the fuel supply hose (indicated by right arrow) and return hose (indicated by left arrow).


5. Loosen the fixing screws (left) and remove the pump (on right).



6. Disconnect the connector and remove the clamp.

7. Remove the pump from the bracket.

8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Replace O-ring.
