Height adjustment pedal position
1. The height of the clutch pedal position is the distance between the floor and the pedal pad (pic. 8.1). If the pedal height does not match Technical Data, adjust it. Position height is measured between the center of the pedal and the butt carpet.
2. To adjust the clutch pedal height, loosen the adjusting bolt locknut. Turn out the bolt to increase the height of the pedal and screw it in to decrease the height (pic. 8.2). Tighten the locknut after adjustment is complete.
3. Adjust the start switch on the clutch pedal (see paragraph 9).
Pedal free play adjustment
4. The free play of the clutch pedal is considered to be the movement of the pedal before the start of the clutch release mechanism (pic. 8.4). If pedal free play does not match Technical Data, adjust it.
5. To adjust the pedal free play, loosen the lock nut on the pedal pusher (pic. 8.1). Turned the pusher, adjust the pedal free play and tighten the locknut.
6. Adjust the engine start switch on the clutch pedal (see paragraph 9).
