Note. Replace brake pads on both front wheels at the same time. Install friction linings of the brand and type recommended by the manufacturer.
Raise the front of the car, put it on stands and remove the wheel.
Remove the brake pad pin spring with a screwdriver.
Knock out the brake pad mounting pins with a punch.
Remove the outer brake shoe with the pressure pad.
Carefully, so as not to damage the dust cap, move the piston of the cylinder to the stop, while simultaneously pressing the bracket.
Remove the inner block with anti-noise and pressure pads.
Install the pressure and anti-noise pads on the new inner brake pad, as shown in the photo.
Install the inner brake shoe, positioning the tabs of the pressure pad on the piston, as shown in the photo.
Install the pad on the outer brake pad.
Reinstall the outer brake pad.
Install the pad pins.
Install the shoe pin retainer spring and make sure its ends are properly seated in the shoe guide pins.
Install the wheel and lower the car.
Press the brake pedal several times to set the piston to the working position.
