Removal and installation of the water pump

Disconnect the wire from the negative battery terminal.

Remove the camshaft drive belt.

Drain the coolant.

Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the water pump.

Turn away bolts of fastening of a pipe of a heater to the case of the water pump.

Turn away bolts of fastening of the water pump to the block of cylinders.

Remove pump and seal.

Install the water pump in reverse order, cleaning the mating surfaces and installing new gaskets. Fill the cooling system with liquid and remove air pockets.
