Oil pump — removal and installation

To remove and install the oil pump, the crankcase must be removed. These operations are not difficult.



Check up, whether backlashes of gear wheels of the oil pump correspond to the sizes specified in subsection «Detailed Specifications». If the oil pump was disassembled, then when assembling it, install the gears with the marks outward. After assembling the pump, check the oil pressure.
