Removal and installation of the carburetor

Remove the air filter.

Disconnect the hose from the carburetor fuel supply pipe.

Disconnect the air hoses from the carburetor pneumatic actuators.

Disconnect the plug connectors of the float chamber ventilation unit and the intake manifold pipe heating unit.

Disconnect the block of the heating element of the bimetallic spring of the starting device from the generator connector.

Disconnect the fuel and float chamber ventilation hoses from the carburetor.

If necessary, disconnect the rod from the throttle valve actuator of the 1st chamber.

Disconnect the cable from the throttle control sector.

Loosen the four carburetor mounting nuts on the intake manifold and remove the carburetor.

Install the carburetor in the reverse order, while it is necessary to thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the carburetor and replace the gaskets.
