Disassembly of the input shaft of the gearbox type «F»
The input shaft of gearboxes of this type is a non-separable structure, on which the gear rims of the drive gears are made. If necessary, bearings can be pressed off the shaft. Reuse of used bearings is not allowed.
Disassembly of the output shaft of the gearbox type «F»
Press the 4th gear and bearing together using the groove between the 4th gear teeth as support; while holding the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.
Remove the 4th gear synchronizer blocking ring and the 3rd and 4th gear synchronizer sliding sleeve retaining ring.
Press the 3rd and 4th gear hub with sliding clutch, remove the 3rd gear synchronizer blocking ring and the 3rd gear, using the groove between the gear rims of the 3rd gear as a support, holding the shaft with your hand from falling out.
Remove the thrust ring, two thrust half rings, gear wheel of the 2nd gear, blocking ring of the synchronizer of the 2nd gear, retaining ring of the hub of the sliding sleeve of the synchronizer of the 1st and 2nd gears.
Press the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer hub, synchronizer circlip and 1st gear gear.
If necessary, compress the front bearing inner race. The bearing must not be reused.
Disassembly of the input shaft of the gearbox type «G»
Compress the rear bearing inner race while holding the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.
Remove the 4th gear, the 4th gear synchronizer blocking ring and the 3rd and 4th gear synchronizer hub circlip.
Press the 3rd and 4th gear synchroniser hub, the 3rd gear synchroniser blocking ring and the 3rd gear, using the latter as a support and holding the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.
If necessary, press the bearing from the 3rd gear side. The bearing must not be reused.
Disassembly of the output shaft of the gearbox type «G»
Press the inner ring of the rear bearing and the fourth gear gear, leaning on the gear and holding the shaft from falling out with your hand.
Remove the 3rd gear circlip.
Slide the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer sleeve onto the 1st gear.
Compress the 3rd gear and 2nd gear using the 2nd gear as a support and hold the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.
Remove the 2nd gear synchronizer blocking ring and the 1st and 2nd gear synchronizer sliding clutch hub circlip.
Press the 1st and 2nd gear synchroniser hub, 1st synchroniser lock ring, and 1st gear, using the 1st gear as a support, and hold the shaft with your hand to prevent it from falling out.
If necessary, compress the front bearing inner race. The bearing must not be reused.
