Attention! Noise when pulling the belt due to functional. If there is an unusual noise, the seat belt can only be replaced. Under no circumstances should oil or grease be used to eliminate noise. Automation should not be disassembled, as a compressed spring may pop out. Danger of accident.
1. Pull out the seat belt fully and check for broken fibers. Damage can result from a pinched belt or a burning cigarette. In this case, the belt must be replaced.
2. If there are worn areas and the fibers are not broken, the seat belt does not need to be replaced.
3. Check the heavy-running belt for twisting, if necessary, remove the cover on the B-pillar.
4. If the automatic belt does not work, the belt should be replaced.
5. Clean belts with soap and water only, never use solvents or chemical cleaners.
