- Air filter element. When buying a filter element, you should pay attention to the fact that an element is required in accordance with the car model and engine power.
Attention! The air filter element must not be blown with compressed air.
Carbureted engine
Removing
1. Unscrew the wing nut and loosen the brackets. Remove cover and remove filter element.
Installation
1. Insert the filter element. Put on the cover, snap the brackets and screw on the wing nut.
Injection engine
Removing
1. Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the air inlet hose.
2. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the top part of the air filter.
3. Remove the upper part of the air filter.
4. Remove the filter element.
5. Wipe the filter housing with a cloth.
Installation
1. Insert a new element into the air filter housing.
2. Mount and screw on the top.
3. Connect the inlet hose and secure it with a clamp.
Diesel engine
Removing
1. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air inlet hose.
2. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a cover of the air filter.
3. Wipe the filter housing with a cloth.
Installation
1. Insert a new element into the air filter housing.
2. Install and screw on the cover.
3. Connect the inlet hose and secure it with a clamp.
