Elements of the injection system
Scheme of the injection system of the engine 1.4 l (AT 3)
Check condition: The air filter must be installed; all hoses and piping of the air intake system are connected. All electrical consumers are switched off.
1. Warm up the engine. The engine temperature is at least +80°C.
2. Check the ignition timing.
Attention! Only connect the tester with the ignition switched off.
3. Connect the tachometer according to the manufacturer's instructions.
4. Start the engine and let it idle.
5. Let the engine run for 2 minutes at 2500 rpm.
6. Leave the engine to idle and check the idle speed.

1 - Automatic transmission: Idling + 100 rpm.
Attention! During the test, the radiator fan should not turn on. If the fan turns on, you should wait until it turns off again.
7. If the idle speed does not match the required value, adjust it with the throttle adjusting screw.
8. Turn off the test instruments with the engine off and the ignition off.
