Installing the towing eyelet in front of the vehicle

1. Remove the towing eye and wheel wrench from the luggage compartment.



2. To prevent damage to the paintwork of the bumper, wrap the wheel wrench handle with a soft cloth and open the plug located on the front bumper (pic. 1.170).

Attention! Keep in mind that the plug does not completely remove from the bumper. Do not apply excessive force to the plug, as this may damage the plug or scratch the bumper paintwork.

3. Securely fasten the towing eye with the wheel wrench.



4. Hook the towline hook into the towing eyelet (pic. 1.171).

Attention! If the towing eye is not securely tightened, it may come out of the mounting hole in the bumper during the recovery of the vehicle.
