Removing
Remove the battery cover.
Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
Remove the bottom cover.
Drain the engine oil.

Remove the oil pan using the appropriate tool (pic. 2.291).
Remove the strainer and o-ring.
Installation
Attention! Apply silicone sealant without tearing around the entire perimeter.
Attention! Install the oil pan 5 minutes after applying silicone sealant.

Use of bolts with residual sealing material may cause cracks in the body (pic. 2.292).
Thoroughly clean and remove any oil, dirt, sealant residue or other contaminants that may be left on the housing and oil pan.
When reusing the oil pan bolts, remove any old sealant from the bolts.

Apply silicone sealant to the areas shown in the illustration (pic. 2.293).
Sealant bead thickness: 2.0-6.0mm

Tighten the mounting bolts in the order shown (pic. 2.294).
Tightening torque: 7.8 - 10.8 Nm.
Add engine oil.
Start the engine and check for oil leakage.
If there is an oil leak, find out the cause and repair or replace the related element.
Check the oil level.
Install the bottom cover.
