Attention! When replacing the crankshaft position sensor, make sure that there are no foreign objects on it, such as metal filings.
Attention! In the presence of sawdust or chips, the output signal of the sensor will be distorted due to fluctuations in the magnetic flux, which will lead to a deterioration in the performance of the engine control system.
Remove the battery cover.
Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.
Perform the following procedure for ease of access.
Remove the bottom cover.

Remove crankshaft position sensor (pic. 2.342).
Install in the reverse order of removal.
Tightening torque of the crankshaft position sensor: 7.8–10.8 Nm.
