To adjust the seat back, lean forward slightly (to unload the back from body weight) and bring the backrest to the desired position by turning the rotary knob. Then lean back to get into a comfortable position (pic. 1.115).
Release lever

To adjust the seat back, lean forward slightly (to unload the back from body weight) and lift the release lever up. While holding the lever, lean back and bring the backrest to the desired position. Then release the release lever (pic. 1.116).
Check that the release lever has returned to its original position and that the seatback is securely locked in place. To do this, try to rock the backrest forward and backward.
Note. When returning the reclined seat back to the upright position, support it with your other hand while pressing the release lever. If you do not hold the backrest, it can sharply deviate forward.
