2. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
3. Stop the engine and wait at least 5 minutes for the oil to drain into the sump.

4. Remove the oil dipstick, wipe it dry and reinsert the dipstick until it stops (pic. 1.179).
5. Remove the dipstick again and check the oil level on the dipstick. The normal oil level in the engine corresponds to the range between the maximum and minimum level marks. If the oil level is near the lower minimum level mark or has fallen below it, then it is necessary to add oil and bring its level to the maximum level mark.
6. Before inserting the dipstick into the engine, check that the O-ring on the dipstick is in place.
A change in the oil level between the marks on the dipstick corresponds to adding or using the next volume of oil.
