The valves are made of heat resistant steel. Each cylinder has two intake and two exhaust valves. The intake and exhaust valves are nitrated for increased abrasion resistance. Valve spring - variable outer diameter. spring performance is improved by reducing the size of the top seat. The valve guide is made of alloy for increased abrasion resistance. The valve seat is integrated with the lower valve spring seat to simplify the assembly and improve its maintainability (pic. 2.27).
