Diagnostic codes, monitored parameters and simulation parameters have been changed in accordance with the rules.
Implemented KOEO/KOER self-monitoring function. Therefore, an existing malfunction or a successful repair is immediately confirmed.
The process for storing incomplete codes has been changed as follows.
1 type of driving cycle
On a modern MPV (LW) with GY/FS engine, pending codes are not available. In the Mazda 6 model (GG), however, the incomplete code is stored in the PCM during the driving cycle.
2 type driving cycle
On a modern MPV (LW) with the GY/FS engine, pending codes are erased when the diagnostic codes are written. In the Mazda 6 model (GG), even if the diagnostic code is stored, the PCM does not clear the pending code until a normal condition occurs (problem fixed).
Type 2 MIL warning light mode has been changed as follows:
Model Mazda 6 (GG)
The PCM determines that there is a malfunction in the first drive cycle when a diagnostic code is detected that was stored in the PCM during previous drive cycles.
Modern MPV (LW) with GY/FS engine
The PCM decides that there is a problem in the second drive cycle.
