Checking and adjusting the free play of the clutch pedal

Press the clutch pedal until resistance appears. Adjust the clutch pedal free play if necessary. To do this, loosen the locknut «WITH» and rotate the stem «D» before setting the required free play of the clutch pedal. After adjustment, tighten the locknut (pic. 3.4).

Pedal free play: 1–3 mm.
Stem free travel: 0.1–0.5 mm.
