Throttle cable adjustment

Fully depress the pedal «gas» and hold it in that position. To do this, insert a suitable spacer between the seat and the pedal or use the services of an assistant.

Pull the adjuster out of the cable «gas».

Pull out the cable bushing until the throttle lever, and for a diesel engine, the injection pump lever reaches the stop corresponding to the full opening of the throttle valve. In this position, insert the adjusting bracket back.

Release the pedal «gas», and then press it again and check if the throttle lever reaches (diesel injection pump lever) all the way. If this position is not reached, then repeat the adjustment.
