2. Check if the wheel rotates smoothly and smoothly, make sure there is no extraneous noise in the bearing.
3. Adjust bearing preload if necessary.
4. Adjustment of the axial clearance in the bearing.
Note: The adjustment of the axial clearance in the bearing is carried out only when the bearing is replaced.
A) Press on one side of the axle shaft in the direction of the differential thrust bearing.
b) measure distance "A" between the bearing holder and the rear axle beam.
V) Select and install a gasket that is 0.65 - 0.95 mm thicker than the measured gap.
G) Press from the opposite side of the vehicle on the axle shaft in the direction of the differential thrust bearing.
d) Measure the distance between the bearing holder and the rear axle beam.
e) Select and install a gasket that is 0.05 - 0.25 mm thicker than the measured gap.
and) Check that the axial clearance in the hub bearing is correct. Repeat the adjustment procedure if necessary.
