2. Remove the parts in the order they are numbered on the assembly drawing "Removal and installation of an intermediate power shaft assy".
Removal and installation of an intermediate power shaft in gathering.
1 - drive shaft,
2 - vacuum hoses,
3 - front axle disconnect sensor connector,
4 - cotter pin,
5 - an intermediate shaft assembly with a mechanism for disabling the front axle,
6 - gear clutch,
7 - the output shaft of the gearbox.
Note:
- Installation is made in an order, the return to removal.
- After installation, fill the oil in the front gearbox (see chapter "Maintenance and general inspection and adjustment procedures").
Removal note
Remove the gearbox output shaft using an inertial hammer.
